Worst experience of my life. If you decide to ignore the negative reviews and save a buck, here is my advise:

Do not trust Eric, he is a liar and will say anything to make a sale.
Do not trust Susan. She will also say anything to push you off to someone else.
Do not trust the "tested and working" slogan, it is a lie.

Here is some more advise:
You will not, actually, be saving a buck or two at all...
Other companies, like lowes or home depot, offer free shipping. This place charges $70+ for shipping. After what you spend on the shipping charges, the brand new fridge from an honest retailer is the same price as the used and potentially broken junk from Sears Outlet.

I will not go into my personal experience. I'm sure you can tell it's not good.
