Avis Rent A Car at 22100 Hawthorne Boulevard, Torrance, California.

So let me start with saying this place is the last place you would ever want to rent a vehicle from. I walk in to see a sign on the Avis desk that says "Be back in 15, if questions call ..." so me and my friend wait patiently for about 30 before calling the number mind you there is 2 others now waiting for this mystery worker. After calling we wait an additional 30 min for a guy to come and say the lady had to go pick people up or something. Since we were picking up and had waited an hr we asked him if there was anything he could do and he said no. Probably the most unprofessional and worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life and I'm a server so I get dealing with people. Seriously save yourself the time and go with a different company.

I've been AVIS customer since 2005 and never had any problems dealing with them. This new location is easy to access and I usually commute picking the car and they are easy to deal with and very friendly. There is one person hard to deal with there and she always giving me a hard time and good thing I no longer see her on that location. Other than that this is a great place to rent a car with reasonable price.
