This bank is racist. I called about opening up a savings account with a safe deposit box over the phone, and a lady named Teresa said they had one available and I could rent it out.

I go to the physical branch and the moment I step in I feel unwelcome. I let them know I called earlier to set up an account, and the lady that helped me set up an account was looking for any reason to deny me. I have great credit, thousands of dollars ready to deposit, and I know for a fact they have safe deposit boxes.

She ends up telling me that because of recent inquired on my credit report, they can’t open a account for me. Don’t go here if your not Chinese, they will not welcome you at all.
