Lucy's Massage Studio at 4417 Sepulveda Boulevard, Torrance, California.

This place is clean, the environment is friendly and relaxing.
My masseur seemed to be untrained. There wasn't any fluidity in her movements. She was back and forth between ligaments and muscles. She would rest one hand on a random area of my body while she worked on another. For example, she would use her left hand to massage the shoulder while placing her right hand on my upper back to hold her weight instead placing it on the table.
She used lotion instead of massage oil and essential oils...this was not massage lotion, it looked and smelled like suave lotion. After the massage, instead of hot stones they took a hot towel to wipe me down. Which is thoughtful but it felt like a wipe down. Which I wouldn't have felt like I needed if they used the proper product in the first place.(I didn't ask for wupe down it was complimentary)

Oh, and when my massage first began, there was a mixup between appointment times for guests arriving after my massage started. My masseuse was pulled away to straighten things out, understandable. I was not given that time at the end of my massage and I was not discounted for the interruption. I was charged full price for an hour massage.

Overall this place and this masseuse were OK. I will not be coming back.
