This store USED to be my favorite running establishment. This store felt like an honest place to do business. Not anymore. Please know that when you sign up for their FAMILY VIP plus club, you are signing up for a LIFETIME obligation of $44.99 a year. Because that's how you treat FAMILY. You don't tell them the whole truth upfront... so "YOUR FAMILY" feels like you really care about them, like you're giving them a super great deal. They are not. The deal they give you is no better than you could get on Amazon. RR it's giant places like you that give the little shops no chance. You literally steal money from people and they resort to internet purchases to avoid real stores. I wish you would have been upfront with your need to charge my card 50 bucks a year, to make me feel great about shopping with you. Instead, you did it behind my back for YEARS. And when I directly asked you why my membership was still valid after 2 years, that's when you had a chance to be honest and say... oh, we renew your account every year. Yeah, but you didn't. Thanks, but no thanks. Shop elsewhere, y'all. This place sucks.
