South Bay Lexus Service Department at 24777 Crenshaw Boulevard, Torrance, California.

I dont even know where to start. I went on a 3 week vacation and when I returned the next day I had an appt to get an oil change. I kept a card in my middle console. ( my bad on my part, but its still my car ) The next day there were unknown charges to my card and multiple attempts to pull cash out. I couldnt find my card anywhere. Ive always had pretty good experiences during my visits so i thought maybe the manager would give me his support. When I explained to the service manager of my concern long story short, he replied, "until there is concrete evidence I cant do anything." I didnt go in there accusing anyone or demanding anything in return. I went in there as a concerned customer so that this does not happen to anyone else. Reading some reviews below it looks like im not the only one and its still happening. I cant believe nothing was done after my visit, no follow up or anything. I wont be returning my car here as I left thinking how can such a professional place of business allow such behavior? I still cant believe it! So disappointed!
