Both this location and the location in hawthorne have discriminated against a single mother who's experiencing temporary homelessness. Although documentation for physical residency and legal mailing residency was provided they still refused service to me based on my homelessness. Although I'm currently technically temporarily homeless, I still work full time with a decent verifiable income and again provided documentation of both current residence and legal mailing residence they still refused services to me. Their attitudes were horrible and their noses went high in the air once I was honest and opened up about my current situation. Both locations treated me poorly and sent me away...

Just because a person is technically homeless, residing in a motel or shelter does that mean they're unworthy of services???? Had I not mentioned my homelessness I probably would have been successful at obtaining an account but this is where honesty gets folks when dealing with these kind of people...ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE

Service, response times and equipment started to decline in 2016 and since the change over from WFCU to Unity, it continues to decline. ATM's now break regularly and getting a response via email takes 3-5 days now. As a 15 year member of wfcu, makes me wonder if something is drastically wrong with management.
